If I cancel the service, what happens to the paid up Membership dues and Dump Fee deposits?
All monthly dues are refunded except for the current month. For example, if you cancel on June 1st, June's
dues will not be refunded but any months that are paid up after June would be refunded.
All unused Dump Fee deposits will be refunded when the service is cancelled.
Do you provide trash cans?
No. You may use any container you want to hold the trash until you dump it.
Keep in mind, however, that all trash must be in a plastic bag when it is dumped. No loose
trash is allowed. The reason for this is that we want to be good neighbors
and keep the neighborhood clean. If the trash is not surrounded by a plastic bag,
it tends to blow everywhere making the area very ugly.

Do you take couches, appliances, and other large objects?
No, but here are a few options:
- Have the company you bought the replacement item from remove the old item
- Take the item to a Transfer Station
- Hire someone, such as 1800gotjunk, to haul it away
